| Originally, the mortar pipelines in our
workshop were made of pig iron, which often
had leak for they were corroded by the liquid
inside. It was overhauled and covered for
200 meters of pipeline every year averagely.
So in September 1998, we used the strengthened
Mc nylon pipelines made by Fogin MCNylon
Inc. to substitute the old ones. We found
that the production was wear-resisting,
able to bear eroding, had no leak and
damage.
According to the result, there is no
damage to the inboard wall, no corrosional
performance, and the service life increase
greatly.
According to its cost performance, the
strengthened MC nylon pipeline has large
production advantages in regeneration.
Its inboard wall is smooth; the rub of
water is very low which can reduce the
backpressure of the pipeline. Furthermore,
it is light and the intensity is high,
easy to set up, can endure higher and
lower temperature.
End of all, we propose using this production
widely.
